In New Life, we see the story of an orchid struggling to begin again. Through the use of stitching, contrasting colour and layered materials, we see the effort to propagate. Orchids that are required to exist in new conditions within their life cycle struggle. Through each stage of their growth there is a stop gap, a space between, where they are made dormant; waiting on a new life to begin.
